I’ve worn many hats in my career from art director, project management, design, writer and front end developer. As a result, I have a unique ability to manage multidisciplinary projects and navigate complex challenges. I’m also Forrester CX certified.

Director of User Experience, April 2018 – Current
Perm Role
Manages the User Experience for multiple clients such as Pfizer, St. Jude, Bridgestone Commercial, and FedEx from discovery to development. Also supervises a small team of UX & UI designers when applicable to the project. Communicates clearly about user experience, from delivering persuasive presentations to writing detailed annotations.
Crafts and conducts stakeholder interviews with everyone from subject matter experts to C-level executives to determine business/site objectives. Creates and refines human-centered user-experience thought expressed as deliverables, including task and gap analyses, content analysis, strategy and feature/functionality matrices, usage scenarios, sitemaps, wireframes, flow diagrams, and user-requirement documents.

UX Design Lead, November 2016 – November 2017
Contract position
Worked on all Warner Media’s internal applications used to forecast ad sales and revenue for all brands such as CNN, NBA, Cartoon Network, TNT, TBS, TCM Adult Swim, and Try TV. Lead high-level strategy meetings between Business Analysts and Developers. Provided HTML and CSS after designing wireframes and conducting user testing sessions.

Senior UX Designer, August 2015 – November 2016
Contract position
As a Senior UX Designer at ADP’s innovation team, I introduced cutting-edge UX practices where necessary. My role encompassed a wide array of design projects, emphasizing clean and intuitive designs for ADP’s suite of applications. I conceptualized visual and interactive elements, refining them into high-fidelity prototypes for user assessment, ultimately culminating in the final design. I also devised innovative design solutions and authored the style guide for GUI components. The ADP UX team played a pivotal role in broadening the strategic impact and visibility of UX, driving value across the organization through global leadership in UX design and research.

Senior Interaction Designer, September 2014 – August 2015
Contract position
As a UX Designer at Delta Airlines, I specialized in crafting compelling user experiences for an internal tool utilized worldwide by staff for passenger support. Serving as a bridge between Business Analysts and Developers, I ensured design coherence with business goals and product needs. I worked closely with teams to swiftly prototype and refine design solutions. I set brand guidelines, formulated test plans, and established GUI standards for internal use. Conducting focus groups, I gathered valuable feedback to validate user requirements. Additionally, I integrated HTML/CSS components, enhancing functionality and replacing static elements, resulting in a markedly improved usability and user experience.

UX Design Manager, July 2011 – August 2014
Contract position
As a UX Design Manager at Intercontinental Hotel Group (IHG), I designed the online user experience for multiple IHG brands and created mobile phone applications for consumers. I also coached junior designers and collaborated with product and development teams to deliver high-quality, innovative UX solutions. I worked closely with information architects and marketing to define the design vision using tools such as storyboards, sketching, wireframes, and prototypes. I also created basic flash functionality for online promotions.

Contract position
As a Senior UX Designer at AT&T, I focused on creating visually impactful designs for mobile products, accessories, animations, interactive tools, and marketing materials. I collaborated with product managers, marketing, and content authors to ensure designs were innovative and aligned with brand standards, utilizing elements like color, photos, illustrations, multimedia, and navigation. I provided art direction for online marketing materials supporting business mobile phones. Additionally, I generated multiple design options for the marketing department prior to campaign launches. My designs enhanced web usability, attracted traffic, and engaged both new and returning visitors to the AT&T website.

Contract position
Designed and developed websites using front-end development and animation for internal departments. Produced multimedia presentations and flash advertisements for Cisco and its brands.
